CTR engineered and fabricated a custom high-flow probe manifold to meet a customer’s need for consistent pressure delivery while protecting downstream house lines from cryogenic exposure. The application required precise control, continuous flow, and multiple layers of safety to support reliable day-to-day operations.
Scope of Work:
Engineering & fabrication of a high-flow probe manifold designed for dual-temperature operation
Integration of a single regulator to deliver stable, consistent outlet pressure
Pressure & temperature monitoring for real-time system visibility
Dual temperature probes to provide redundant low-temperature protection
Automatic low-temperature shutdown to isolate the system and protect downstream equipment
By combining stable pressure regulation with redundant temperature monitoring and automatic shutdown protection, CTR delivered a solution that improves operational reliability while maintaining system safety. The finished unit supports continuous cryogenic flow, protects downstream infrastructure from low-temperature exposure, and maintains stable performance under demanding operating conditions.
