CTR offers vacuum-insulated horizontal cryogenic storage tanks engineered for the safe, efficient storage of liquid nitrogen (LIN), oxygen (LOX), argon (LAR), and other gases in industrial and medical gas applications. Designed in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 and available in 250 psig and 500 psig configurations, these tanks provide dependable performance in demanding environments. Capacities from approximately 1.5 to 13 KUSG allow facilities to scale storage to match consumption requirements while maintaining low boil-off rates and optimized usable volume.
Each tank is built with a high proportion of stainless steel to enhance durability and long-term value. Integrated pressure-building and economizer regulators, an aluminum fin vaporizer, and dual safety relief devices support stable pressure control and system protection. A streamlined piping layout with standardized fill connections, gas and liquid use outlets, and full instrumentation reduces potential leak points while simplifying maintenance. Engineered saddle supports address wind and seismic loading requirements, ensuring structural integrity in a wide range of installations.
