Our CO₂ storage tanks are custom-engineered and fabricated to meet application-specific storage, pressure, and operating requirements. Standard capabilities include:
- Capacities from 18,000 to 120,000 gallons
- Design pressures up to 250 PSIG MAWP or customized to meet application requirements
- Horizontal tank configurations
- ASME Section VIII, Division I, II, and III construction
- National Board code stamping and registration
- Vacuum-insulated designs using low-temperature carbon steel materials meeting ASTM standards
Each tank undergoes extensive quality testing, including hydrostatic testing, radiographic examination, and dye penetrant testing, to ensure safe operation, long service life, and compliance with applicable standards.
