Safety First: CTR's Ongoing Commitment to Employees

Safety First: CTR's Ongoing Commitment to Employees

Growing Stronger Through Safety

Since November 2025, CTR has continued to strengthen its commitment to workplace safety, building on an already solid foundation and further enhancing its safety programs, procedures, and regulatory compliance.

One of the keys to the success has been the support of CTR's leadership team, which understands that safety and production go hand in hand. A safe workplace is essential to maintaining productivity, protecting the employees, and ensuring the long-term success of the company. Every task performed at CTR incorporates safety as a core component, helping minimize risks and prevent incidents that could impact employees, operations, and customers.

Over the past several months, CTR has implemented TransTech's online Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline company and OSHA-required training. CTR has enhanced the forklift and confined space programs through improved training and documentation processes. In addition, CTR has invested in new equipment for confined space entry, crane, and rigging operations, and fall protection to provide employees with the tools they need to work safely and efficiently. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) programs also continue to evolve through valuable feedback and participation from employees.

Most importantly, CTR continues to foster a positive and proactive safety culture. While there is always room for improvement, the commitment demonstrated by employees, supervisors, and management team has been instrumental in CTR's progress. Looking forward, the CTR leadership team continues to strengthen the safety program and build upon their success.

The goal remains simple: ensuring that every employee goes home safely a the end of every day.
