Lift-4-Fill is an automated cylinder filling system designed to improve safety, efficiency, and consistency in industrial and medical gas filling operations. Engineered by CTR as a custom solution, Lift-4-Fill integrates automated fill control with an ergonomic pallet-based handling approach that eliminates many of the manual steps traditionally required during cylinder filling.

Designed to fill up to four cylinders or dewars at a time, Lift-4-Fill uses a fully PLC-controlled, fail-safe process to deliver consistent, legal-for-trade fills for industrial and medical gases—including multiple products or gas combinations. By consolidating filling, weighing, and handling into a single compact system, Lift-4-Fill meets site-specific requirements and applicable industry standards while reducing floor space requirements.
