CTR’s ACE CO₂ / N₂O Duplex Panel is a PLC-controlled, self-contained filling system designed for high-pressure cylinder applications. Well-suited for CO₂ or N₂O, the panel is designed for easy installation—simply anchor the unit and connect power, fill manifolds, gas lines, vent, and vacuum piping to have it ready for operation. Its compact, plant-ready design makes it ideal for both new installations and facility upgrades, while supporting safe, reliable performance in demanding environments.

The system fills E-size through 75 lb CO₂/N₂O cylinders, with liquid cylinder capability available upon request. Used with a digital scale, it ensures accurate fill weights and includes over-pressurization relief and a manual bypass valve for added operational safety.
