The ACE 5-Gas Panel is CTR’s PLC-controlled solution for automated multi-gas filling in industrial and medical gas applications. Designed to deliver highly accurate, repeatable fills for up to five gases simultaneously, the ACE Unit minimizes operator involvement while improving efficiency and consistency. Once installed, setup is straightforward—anchor the unit, connect power, fill manifolds, inlet gas lines, vent, and vacuum piping—and the system manages the entire filling sequence automatically.

Built into a UL-listed, NEMA Type 4 enclosure, the ACE Unit integrates automated fill, vent, and vacuum control within a single compact platform. PLC logic prevents over- and under-filling, supports pressures up to 3600 PSI, and allows configuration from two to five gases. Compatible with argon, carbon dioxide, helium, oxygen, and nitrogen, the ACE 5-Gas Panel provides an economical upgrade to existing fill systems while enhancing safety, reliability, and operational performance.
